About
Builders with a habit of finishing well.
Forward Construction Group is a Surrey-based construction company delivering substantial residential and commercial projects across Surrey, London and the South East.
The company
Built on experience. Defined by how we work.
Forward is built around practical construction experience, strong leadership and a genuine commitment to doing the job properly. We understand what it takes to turn plans into a finished build — and the importance of managing every stage carefully along the way.
We work across substantial residential and commercial builds, from major renovations and extensions to one-off homes and refurbishments. Whatever the scale, the same standards apply: good workmanship, careful planning and a team that takes pride in the finished result.
Just as importantly, we believe clients should always know what is happening. We communicate clearly, stay closely involved and keep everything moving in the right direction throughout the build.
Strong leadership
Clear direction, good organisation and a team that knows what needs to happen next.
Commercially aware
We balance quality with value, keeping a close eye on costs and making sure the budget is spent wisely.
Pride in the result
We care about the details and the standard of the finished work. Every project carries the Forward name, and we want to be proud of it.
Our network
A trusted network of independent professionals.
Forward works with a trusted network of architects, structural engineers, planning consultants, surveyors, specialist trades and subcontractors. We bring together the right professionals for each build and make sure everyone works together effectively.
If you already have an architect, engineer or other professionals in place, we’re equally happy to join the existing team and work with them from there.
Let’s talk about your project.
Whether you are at concept stage or holding a full set of planning drawings, we’re ready to discuss the construction support your project requires.
